1. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn swimwear with original tags and hygiene liners fully intact. We do not offer refunds at this time. For hygiene reasons, items that appear worn or are missing the hygiene liner will not be accepted.


2. How do I request an exchange?

To start an exchange, please visit our [Returns & Exchanges Portal] or contact us at alessiapascalebusiness.com. You’ll be guided through the steps, and we’ll provide a return label if your item qualifies.


3. Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! As long as the item is eligible, you may exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability). If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit.


4. How long do exchanges take to process?

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we’ll ship your exchange within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on the way.


5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right immediately.


6. How should I care for my swimwear?

To extend the life of your swimwear:

Hand wash in cold water

Use mild soap

Lay flat to dry in shade

Avoid rough surfaces and excessive chlorine


7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding soon—stay tuned!


8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? 

We process orders quickly, but contact us at alessiapascalebusiness@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
